This page contains step-by-step instructions on how to place your order.

Find what you want to buy
If you already know what you want to buy, the easiest way to find it is to type the product name in any of the search fields.
Alternatively, type a general name in a search box, or click category links around the website until you discover something interesting.
To get more information about a product, click its name to see its product information page. There you'll find:
- image/s of the item
- the item's availability
- item options
- item pricing & any discounts
- background information
- the tools you need to add the item to your Shopping Basket
- links to any related products
Add it to your Shopping Basket
The Shopping Basket is where you store items you intend to buy. You can always delete items from the Shopping Basket if you change your mind. When you find what you want (or what you might want) click the "Add to Basket" button on the item's product information page.
If you can't see an "Add to Basket" option, it's because the item isn't yet available to order from the store.
When you've added everything you want to the Shopping Basket, click "Expand Basket" at the top of the page.
To start filling in the order form, click the "Checkout" link.
Fill in the order form (new customers)
Sign in
Enter your e-mail address, select "I'm a new customer" and click the "Log-in" button. The e-mail address you provide here will be the only e-mail address we can use to communicate with you about your order, so please double-check it. You must use your own e-mail address, even if you're buying something for someone else.
Note: don't fill in the password field – you'll be asked to provide a password later in the process.
Personal details
Choose and confirm a password for your account. We do not provide this password for you. You'll be able to use your e-mail address and password to make changes to your order and account information any time you like, so make sure you remember which e-mail address and password you used.
Enter your name, address and at least one phone number. Address information can be used for both billing and delivery address information at the time of ordering.
Submit the information to create your new account!
Fill in the order form (existing customers)
Sign in
Enter your e-mail address, select "my password is", enter your password and click the "Log-in" button.

Billing/Delivery Adresses and Payment Options
Billing details for invoicing or card verification and delivery details for delivery of goods will be presented to you.
You may edit either of these if the details are not appropriate for the order.
Choose a billing option from the pulldown menu on screen and click "Proceed".
Review & Confirm Your Order
Check the information you've provided and your basket order. You may also select from various delivery options if they are available to you. Click "Proceed" to confirm.
Payment
If you chose to pay by Credit/Debit Card, enter your card details here and click submit payment. We'll also send you an e-mail message on a successful order submission.
You can also cancel the order at any time by clicking "Log-out" at the top right of the screen.
