Returns policy
In line with your statutory rights, goods purchased from this site can be returned with 14 days of purchase in an unused format and refunds will be arranged after inspection. Please call 01582 485555 if you need to return the product you have purchased. We will endeavour to get in contact with you and discuss the reason for the return and the appropriate course of action to be taken i.e. replacement, refund, etc.
Refund Policy
Fantastic Fireworks are unable to refund for ‘force majeure’ i.e. circumstances beyond our control such as bad weather or cancelled displays.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt under the following conditions:
If we supply the wrong product or if the product is in any way faulty or damaged, we will exchange it for the correct one. We will make a reasonable effort to exchange the product, but if a replacement is not possible, we will refund your purchase price excluding delivery costs.
Special offers: If we supply the wrong product or if the product is in any way faulty or damaged, we will exchange it for the correct one. However, if the product is no longer being offered at the special price, it will not be replaced and we will refund the purchase price excluding delivery costs.
Cancellations Policy
If you wish to cancel any order, please contact us with the following information:
- Customer name
- Date of your order
- Your Order number
- Names of products and Quantity of the items you would like to cancel.
Once you submit an order, we immediately prepare all stock items for shipment, so you must cancel as soon as possible to avoid product being shipped, or you may be charged for shipping. You may cancel any item that has not yet entered the shipping process.
We promise to respond to your email as quickly as possible, usually within the next working day.
Delivery of Goods
No goods are dispatched/released until full payment has been received. We can only delivery to mainland UK during normal working hours Monday to Friday. We can arrange delivery to your door within 5-7 working days from the date of purchase. In the case of custom made ‘Firewords’ please allow up to 10 working days for delivery.
A post and packing/carriage charge will be levied. This cost is calculated by weight and added to your basket at checkout.
The minimum spend for delivery is £250. Orders totaling the collected price of £1500 or over will be delivered free.
Products are delivered by a Specialist Courier. The courier will require a signature and is not permitted to leave the shipment unattended, so please ensure that someone is around to sign for the delivery. Please note: If the courier is unable to deliver as agreed, a charge may be made. A refused delivery cannot be rescheduled without charge.
Any query on non-delivery or missing packages must be made to us within 72 hours. The contents of your order must be checked within 48 hours of delivery, to ensure any problems can be rectified within 14 days of dispatch.
Please check your order within 2 days of arrival so you can familiarise yourself with the instructions and raise any questions you may have.
Disclaimer/Pricing Policy
You must be 18 or over to purchase fireworks. All prices include VAT at 17.5%. All our fireworks are manufactured to comply with BS7114: Part 2: 1998 and require a minimum viewing distance of 25 metres.
Whilst we make every effort to ensure that all details published are correct no responsibility will be accepted for errors and omissions. We reserve the right to alter specifications and prices without notice.
We will not be liable to any customer or member of the public for any information supplied on this website. Our website is, provided on an "as is" basis and we do not make any representations or warranties if such information subsequently proves to be inaccurate or out of date. We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss resulting from the information we provide.
Any decision made in relation to purchasing goods and/or services as a result of information obtained from our site is your sole responsibility. The only warranty that we can give regarding the accuracy of the information is to state that all reasonable endeavours are made to remove inaccurate information from the site as soon as we are able.
Every item has been priced and described as accurately as possible; however, any price increases will be advised prior to despatch. Fantastic Fireworks reserve the right to make substitutions in DIY packs if necessary. Any substitutions will be of the same or greater value.

STORED INFORMATION - When you visit www.fantasticfireworks.biz, we may collect sufficient information to provide you with any services you request now or in the future. We may, for example, ask you to provide your name, company name and contact details to enable us to do this. We will also store information that you provide when you complete any other forms on our site, or if you contact us with comments or specific requests. We will not pass on any information that we collect without your permission.
WHY DO WE STORE INFORMATION? - We are always looking to improve the services we offer to visitors and customers and to make what we provide as relevant as possible. Stored information about our visitors is therefore used for research. We may also either, at the time of your initial enquiry or at a later date, provide you with information and details of Fantastic Fireworks’ other services, which we believe may be relevant. Enquiry/Contact forms give you the opportunity to opt in to receiving such information.
E-MAIL - You may receive occasional e-mail messages from Fantastic Fireworks on specific issues that we consider may be of interest to you. For example, we may remind you of a particular change or improvement to a service. If you wish to be removed from Fantastic Fireworks’ mailing list, please email us.
TRANSFERRING INFORMATION OUTSIDE THE UK - This website is hosted in England. Your details and other information collected will not be passed on by Fantastic Fireworks to other persons outside the United Kingdom, unless we have your consent to do so.
