Regulations - What you need to know
As you may be aware, there are many regulations governing the sale and use of fireworks. Here's a brief outline of everything you need to know:
It is illegal to sell fireworks and sparklers to anyone under the age of 18 and it is an offence for anyone under the age of 18 to possess fireworks in a public place.
There are also restrictions banning the use of fireworks during the night.
It is now an offence to use fireworks between 11pm and 7am.

The sale of fireworks is being restricted to certain times of the year, however Fantastic Fireworks is licensed to sell fireworks all year round via the Home Delivery and Online Services and at all our Rocket Shops.
